We analysed the maximum shear stress by selecting a suitable material for flange coupling from Aluminium or Carbon fibre. From these two materials, we chose one for the final testing and for this purpose, we have done the CAD modelling on CATIA V5R20 and analysed in ANSYS Workbench. Strengths
