TRANSOCEAN PROJECT

Presently working as a QA INSPECTOR from JUN 2018 to TILL NOW in SembCorp marine Integrated Yard Private Limited, Singapore.

Working experience as follow the projects:-

Review and accept the project welding and QA/QC plan and procedures.

Surveillance and witnessing of Daily Construction Activities as per ITP.

Attending weekly QA/QC Meeting.

Coordination with client QA/QC.

Witnessing Application of Fabrication, Testing, Erection etc.

Review and punch listing of Pressure test package.

Witnessing the Pressure Test of Piping and Valves.

Participating in Final Walk Through and Reinstatement of Final Piping. KUWAIT OIL COMPANY PROJECT

Worked as a QA/QC ENGINEER from Jun 2016 to May 2018 in L&T, L&T HYDROCARBON ENGINEERING (RKG ENGINEERING).

Working experience as follow the projects:-

Review the inspection test plans (ITP) in accordance with customer’s specifications / requirements.

Identification of material (CS, SS, SDSS, DSS etc…) and review material certificate as per the client specification, international standards (ASME, ASTM, API, Norsok) and drawings for the acceptance.

Check cutting plans before fabrication Monitoring weld joint preparation Perform fit-up inspection during shop fabrication, during welding, ensure the welding parameters as per WPS.

Review the test certificates of consumables and maintain the calibration certificates of oven, Instrument and equipment’s maintaining.

Perform Dimensional and Visual inspection items as per the construction drawing (All type of standard and non-standard forgings, Fittings, pipes, Special items such as weldolet, Sockolet, Flange owlets etc).

Monitoring of weld ments before, during and after fabrication and ensure that Welding is done by the Approved WPS.

Request client/3rd

party inspector for material inspection upon completion of successful internal inspection.

Request NDT team to perform the PMI/Hardness/Ferrite test (Internal test) to confirm the material properties against the MTC.

Monitoring welder performance and minimize the weld repairs & maintains repair logs.

Issuing of NCR to the supplier in case of any discrepancy (Such as mechanical damages, fitting shapes, and MTC noncompliance with project specification) and follow-up with vendor for root cause and corrective action.
