Project Title: Design and Fabrication of Steering and Braking system of Go-Kart Vehicle Description:

The project outlines the design and fabrication of manual mechanical linkages steering system and simple efficient braking system according to the requirement of the vehicle for better maneuverability. Quantities like turning circle radius, steering ratio, steering effort, stopping distance, pedal force etc. are inter-dependent on each other and the different design consideration according to the type of vehicle. 3. Project Area: Electric Vehicle (Ampere Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore) Project Title: Assembly Design and Optimization of MitraV2k Commercial Vehicle Description:

Implemented design for assembly DFA (Design for Assembly) concept in the MitraV2K commercial vehicle for ease of assembly thereby reducing time to assemble and also reducing assembly cost. The reduction of number of parts in the assembly has added benefit of reducing the total cost of parts in the assembly. Also prepared assembly notes for the vehicle. ATTENDED
