TOPIC – BELL CRANK LEVER, Manufacturing, NSIC, Hyderabad. Title (Major Project): Design, Analysis and Manufacturing of Bell Crank Lever. Summary: This project describes design and experimental analysis and manufacture of BELL CRANK LEVER made of STEEL. The objective is to compare the load carrying capacity, stiffness, stress and strain on bell crank lever. The dimensions of an existing conventional bell crank lever are taken. Same dimensions of conventional bell crank lever are used to manufacture on CNC Vertical Milling Center-850.

Machining of objects with complicated shapes including contours is difficult on conventional machines. CNC efficiently overcomes these problems. It has the advantages of repetitive accuracy and high productive rate over conventional machines.

TOPIC – TUNDISH COVER, Manufacturing, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. Title (Mini Project) – Processes Involved in the Manufacturing of Tundish Cover. Summary: Tundish used to feed the molten metal into the ingot mould, so as to avoid the spillage or splashing and give a smother flow.
