Responsibilities:-

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following :-

1.Environment Control System (ECS) including all equipments e.g. Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, AHUs, Fans, Electrical Panels and associated cables etc.

2.Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS) including all control centres, fans, dampers, ducts, necessary to deliver the requirements.

3.Fire Protection System including Fire pumps, Fire hose Cabinet (FHC), Piping,Sprinklers and miscellaneous fire services equipment

4.Plumbing services.

Study of drawings and execute the work at site as per work method statements.

Monitoring all site activities to yield the progress on daily basis and ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time.

Coordinating and Interfacing with Clients, Vendors, Subcontractors related to the respective work.

Making As-Built Drawings, Measurement Sheet and Bills as per requirement.

Detail study of scope of work, specifications, schedule & BOQ.

Maintain the Safety measure on site.

Review: This project “Automated Feed-Control In ECDM machine” is an advancement to the normal ECDM machine. The feed-control system is designed in a way that the work piece to be machined doesn’t require to be adjusted by the operator and can be machined easily and more efficiently.
