SNAG REDUCTION IN THE FINAL ASSEMBLY OF APACHE AH64E FUSELAGE (Apr 20) The Main aim of the project is to reduce all possible defects which occur during the assembly phase of Apache AH64E fighter jet fuselage. We performed the root cause analysis to find out its main cause and we proposed a set of preventive and corrective actions to reduce the percentage of defects. Tools Used:Ms Excel, Ms Office, Ms PowerPoint & SAP. DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF AN ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE (Apr 20) The primary goal of the project was to design a buggy that can move easily on all terrains with large bumps and sharp corners. We worked on the optimization of overall weight of the buggy through various analysis. My contribution was in the suspension subsystem. We also worked to build the cost efficient ATV by designing all the components which are simple to manufacture and analyzed the best manufacturing process for each component.

Software used:Solid works, Catia, Ansys & Lotus shark. EXTRUSION OF NANO POLYMERIC COMPOSITE FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING (Apr 20) This is a design and fabrication project which is used to convert the mixture of small plastic blocks and Nano-composites into wires of 1mm diameter by heating it to a certain temperature lesser than the melting point of the substances in an extruder nozzle setup. The wires from the nozzle are rolled using rollers. The drawn wires are used for Additive manufacturing.

Executive member of SAE SREC collegiate club for the academic year 2018 by being a good team player the whole year I was selected as the Vice Chairman of the club for the academic year 2019 and as the Chairman of the club for the academic year 2020 have organized Various National Level Automobile Technical Symposiums.

In 2017-18, I was an Active member of Team Phoenix Racing and was given responsibility as the Track designer. In 2019-20, I represented our college in the virtual event of BAJA SAE INDIA and in the same year I led the team in the Static event- Cost evaluation.
