JOB DESCRIPTION
● Creation of Account opening for Fixed Income Securities with Barclays CASSI team.
● Working within our SLA as stated with our clients.
● Pick up SSIs from OMGEO and update in the systems, creations of major stock SSI's like Euro clear, Clear stream, DTC, Fed wire and CREST.
● Facilitate trade settlement for both domestic and international markets - EUROCLEAR & CLEARSTREAM.
● Assist the middle office and settlements team in case of any fail trade.
● Responsible to setup client confirmations through various modes such as ETC, Swift, Fax, Email, Fix and Postal confirm.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Raising access for the colleagues/Fresher and monitoring the team on regular BAU.
● Maintaining bulk tracker and seeking ETA from requestors and allocating the bulk to co-workers and also completing within given time frames.
● Following the static data setup as per regulatory and compliance requirements.
● Training to new joiners and enhancing training to colleagues on any new updates received through communication.
● Developing relationships with clients with a view to proactively enhance customer query & resolving their issues.
● Ensure no deviations in the process steps and are carried out as per SOP documents and updated when necessary.
