EXPERIMENTATION OF STRENGTH PARAMETER ANALYSIS OF VERMICULITE WITH TRADITIONAL TILES The study was conducted to assess the structural properties of modified Athangudi tiles with light weight vermiculite base. The study was conducted on the modified tile based on the standard tests used for testing the quality of tile per BIS (Bureau of Indian standards). Thus it involves a continuous study and it combined by introducing the material which is suited for construction industry with vermiculite. The results obtained from FEM

(finite element method) analysis and non-destructive tests were compared with the requirements laid down by BIS. INTEGRATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN COST EFFECTIVE BUILDING TECHNOLOGY/ PROPOSAL FOR SMART CITIES.

“Our vision is to promote sustainable habitat development to enhance the quality of life and make India’s economic development beyond sustainability towards smarts cities developing technological schemes like make in India, digital India and smart cities. Here come the term sustainability and durability. Quality is term which is lacking which deteriorates which as well can extend sustainability and durability. The data collected is from a cost effective technology implemented building in AVBC.This part of QFD implementation to study the quality and sustainability which can implemented in smart city project by the government of India. To afford the model which can be constructed in minimum cost and providing awareness in the affordable housing units with cost-effective building technology? Case studies in India are used for the investigation. Construction methods of foundation, walling, roofing and lintel are compared. Strength and durability of the structure, stability, safety, and mental satisfaction are factors that assume top priority during cost reduction.
