Operate chainsaws to fall trees, cut and clear brush on active fires
Identify and put out hot spots by performing dry moping with fire tool
Put out hot spots with use of water and mixing dirt up with fire tool
Use bladder bags to fight fire with water

Search and identify adequate water sources such as rivers and ponds, to draft water out of with the use of fire engine
