The aim of sales data warehouse is to analyze the sales and profit in month wise, year wise. The data gets refreshed yearly and is maintained historically. This data warehouse plays a major role in enabling various stores to view the data at the lowest level and help them to make decision to bring more revenue to company with a new polices.

MNHL is a Micro Finance Network helpline which was developed for both Windows and Web Application. Where a call center was developed for registering the Complaints on Different MNHL companies and can be followed upon the complaints which were raised in windows application. It’s purely developed for users to register complaints and they can follow up the registered complaints. Web Application is used for MFI Agents, MFIN Admin and Govt. Officials, where they can view the complaints which are pending, In-Progress and Closed. Here, Govt. Officials can view the complaints of all companies and can give comments for each Complaint. MFIN Admin can view all companies’ complaints and can give the comments for each Complaint. MFI Agents can give the reply for the complaints which are posted on windows application.
