Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting unacceptable materials and returning to the vendor.

Collect and analyses product samples as required, as well as document information derived from analysis. Responsible for maintaining special sampling requirements for company and customers and when required submit samples.

Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements, and calling for repairs.

Complete inspection reports and logs, with production inputs data into quality database.

Provide assistance in material review board as the monitoring records for rejection materials.
