Planning and executing the projects according to customer’s demand in Production.

New product development (NPD) and prototypes(precision) for the new and modified designs of aircraft, missiles and rocketry components such as regulators, motor operated valves, solenoid valves, check valves, pneumatically operated valves, electro-mechanical injection valves etc. for defense customers DRDO,ISRO,BDL,HAL,RAFAEL and some of the foreign customers.

Developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for the newly designed or modified components or hardware.

Design and development of jigs and fixtures that are required to execute the assembly or integration activities.

Close supervision and monitoring of all the activities on the shop floor and eliminating the un-necessary and avoidable idle time in the production cycle.

Maintaining and executing the workflow in the clean rooms of class 10,000 and class 100 laminar flow.

Performing environmental tests such as Thermal tests and vibrational tests to assess the mechanical integrity of the systems

Client co-ordination on the latest design related quires and drawing modifications.

Responsible for timely issuance of Project Control Deliverables and Progress reports

Responsible for monthly production Targets set by Customer

Problem identification and troubleshooting the difficult mechanical problems and bottlenecks that encounter during the production by directly participating in the Assembly activities.

Meeting the production Schedules and targets at

customer facility (on site) when needed using customer's facility.

Preparation of engineering documentation for all the assembly, integration, and testing activities.

Arranging & attending the Test reports Review meetings (TRR) and Pre-Dispatch Review Committee (PDRC) meetings with customer to get the components cleared by customer for dispatch.

Accomplishments

Coordinated with various in house and third-party external teams for timely delivery of requirements at sites and achieved various project milestones which led to avoid liquidated damages.

Worked on-site for 2 years at LIQUID PROPULSION SYSTEMS CENTRE, INDIAN SPACE RESEARCH ORGANISATION, VALIAMALA, TRIVANDRUM for producing the engines and its related systems such as pressurization system modules, command system modules, secondary injection thrust vector control systems and fuel fill and drain systems for stage 2 and 4 of PSLV and GSLV Mk-II launch vehicles of Indian space research organization.

I am proud to say that I along with my team had contributed my hard work and efforts to one of the reputed Organizations of India in Space that is ISRO in making the prestigious missions like PSLV C-44,46,GSLV F-11(S1 &S4), GSLV F-10(S1 &S4) -Mission to be accomplished, GSLV F-13(S1&S3)-Mission to be accomplished, GSLV Mk-III chandrayan 2 mission etc. Successful.

The rocketry Components and modules required for the above-mentioned missions were Assembled, integrated and Tested by My team for which I am the lead. Additional Information
