Currently working with Jersey Glass as Lamination operator. Handling Lamination machine (Lisec) based on lisec software for lamination, Glass fusing, Glass cutting etc.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the cleanliness of PVB assembly room

Maintaining room temperature between 200 to 250 C & humidity between 23% to 30%.

Ensuring the cleanliness of suction cup & rollers.

Ensuring that for coated glass, coating position is facing upward in assembly table.

Ensuring that RO water PH level is between 6 to 8 & conductivity of maximum 20µs.

Making sure that Glass identification label matches with job order

Ensuring that Glass orientation is matching with tempering logo while assembling.

Ensuring that Nip roll pressure / conveyor speed is verified for different Glass combination as per machine parameters.

Ensuring that exist temperature of Glass from pressing chamber is between 600 to 800 C.

Making sure that binding clips are used at the edges of Glass before stacking in trolley.

Making sure that Glass is free of bubbles, delamination & scratch after unloading from autoclave.
