KEY JOB PROFILE:-

● Responsible for operational activities of 15MT/hr ingot casting machine supplied by BEFESA-ICM

with fully automated.

● Responsible for maintenance of Ingot casting machine

● Responsible for operational activities of 50MT melting & holding furnace supplied &

commissioned by AIFL with fully automated.

● To provide both technical & managerial support to the operation I/C in order to improve overall

efficiency and effectiveness in ICM.

● Responsible for all Operational planning and Preventive maintenance work

● Responsible for alloy metal preparation according the customer requirements.

● Monitor & control the metallurgy of the process and ensure the smooth continuity of operation.

● Assist to establish a system to ensure all process & operational incidents & near miss (plant,

equipment, safety & environmental) are reported & investigated for root cause analysis &

appropriate corrective action instigated.

● Performing TQM activities like Kaizens, Visual displays etc to increase productivity.

● Operation schedule, planning and implementation.

Client : Hindustan Zinc Limited

● Planning for production Execution & process control.
