Regional Sales Office for Graceland Portable Buildings

● Scanned & Entered Sales/ Data Entry.

● Finding New Dealers/ Subcontractors

● Office Manager Responsibilities - Training all new office personnel. Constant contact with the 43 dealers in group emails and setting up bi- monthly conference calls. Problem solved issues as they arose, need it be Customer Service or one of our regional dealers. Created spreadsheets to track monthly sales, dealer list, and anything office needed to run smooth. Ordered all Office Supplies.

● Basic Office Responsibilities – Filing, high volume calls Daily. Called each person back, no matter what. Some calls were more urgent than others, so had to prioritize high volume calls. It was a normal day to get 50-70 Phone Calls in a 2 hour span. Work great under Pressure

● Proof read all contracts each month to make sure there were no errors so customers were not delayed getting their orders.

● Monthly Settlement, met deadlines when needed.

● Assisted Regional Manager with keeping him on task and set up all his appointments and his travel.

● Traveled all over Louisiana from Jennings to Shreveport to Ferriday to Slidell as well as Southern Mississippi. Kept track of all appointments in Regional Office.

● Trained all personnel in marketing and software. Assisted Dealers with having the proper tools to sell.

● Set-up and did all bi-monthly conference calls.

● Minor Bookkeeping and Payroll. Handled Dealer Commissions and Corporate Pay sheets. Signed Corporate (although I was not a corporate employee) and Regional Checkbooks.

● Ordered Inventory for the 40+ locations. Ordered Marketing Materials for the entire division.

● Coordinated local festivals that company was a corporate sponsor, coordinated with the plant and drivers to make sure we stayed in budget.
