Vice President and Operations Manager AECOM Federal Construction Services Division: Promoted to VP and Operations Manager of new Federal Construction Division of AECOM. In this role I oversee all pursuits, projects and operational functions, including but not limited to, review of proposals (technical and price), schedule review, finances, contract and subcontract negotiations, conflict/change order resolution, project staffing, subcontractor and Owner interface. Direct oversight of 170 project management professionals. Led pursuit and was key contributor to receiving award of $550M project in Groton, CT: Project Executive on successful pursuit and award of the General Dynamics Electric Boat South Yard Assembly Building in Groton, CT. Led pursuit and was key contributor to receiving award of $500M project Zeus: Project Executive on successful pursuit and award of three building project for Google.

Led turnaround of a $530M mission critical program: Retained by Grunley Construction to revitalize the IMF HQ-1 Modernization Project in Washington, DC I rapidly identified deficiencies in organizational structures, breakdown of key relationships and budget shortfall. Realigned resources to focus on operational delivery more effectively, client relationship management and program governance to achieve the recast budget and schedule. This turnaround restored trust between client, subcontractors and stakeholders. Drove recovery of VA Hospital Project in Orlando, FL: Appointed by Executive Management to oversee and overcome Notice of Intent to Default issued by the Veterans Administration. I immediately identified issues in the organizational structure, breakdown of relationship with client and underperforming Trade Contractors. Brought in additional resources to effectively manage Trade Contractors and ensure quality of work being performed. Fostered a re- establishment of client relationship and trust. Took project from Notice of Termination for Default to an Outstanding CCAS project evaluation by the VA.

Directed award winning Design-Build Construction project: Appointed Project Director by Quad-Venture Executive Committee on $550M Design-Build project in Aberdeen MD. Oversaw day to day operations with staff of 54 management professionals and 1300 field Tradesmen on an 86-acre nine building campus installation. Worked directly with team, subcontractors, stake holders, end user, USACE and garrison command to complete project nine months ahead of schedule and maximize profitability for the Quad-venture. Project received an outstanding CCAS rating from the Government and was awarded the prestigious and highly sought “Partner of the Year” award with the USACE. Established Satellite Office: Established and maintained new satellite office in Baltimore, MD for Eichleay Corporation out of Pittsburgh, PA. Handled business development, estimating, scheduling and oversaw all aspects of project delivery for various clients in and around Baltimore, MD.

(Government) and Private Sector Contracts. Duties include, review and approval of all estimates/proposals/change orders prior to submission, staffing of projects, Subcontract scoping and procurement, review and management of project finances, schedule review and approval (both pre and post award), client/subcontractor relations and interface. Grunley Construction Company: Rockville, MD Contract Executive (2015-2018) Led the turnaround of a mission critical program valued at $530m. Achieved success through improved governance, organizational restructuring and enhanced client relationship management (CRM). Oversaw 30 professionals, the program schedule, budget, subcontractors and day to day operations. Interfaced directly with Owner (IMF), their CM and Design teams.
