Machine Welding

Hello there, my father can operate Manual lathe, drill machine, shaper, milling manual, stick welding, all fabrication work.. he have 50 YEARS of experience, he was operating a whole business in our back home, we moved to canada 4 years ago.. the only problem is he cant speak english, he was working in brampton in this field but because of covid he lost his job.. he only speak urdu or hindi.. let me know if u have anything for him.. thanks..
