Compliance Manager on a FERC permitted LNG project consisting of 230 miles of pipeline and terminal.

Project involved 7.5 miles of pipeline running through residential area with a major HDD.

Construction Manager 2017

Construction of three pump stations.

Tasks included collecting bids for various phases of construction, managing multiple subcontractors and coordination of their work, managing inspection team, work on change orders, providing support from vendors, compliance with local and state permits, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Project consisted of three liquid pipelines with three pump stations and meter stations. One of the pipelines had skin effect heat tracing.

Fix price contract included engineering, environmental permitting, ROW acquisition, procurement, and construction.

Coordinated schedules of fabrication of specialty heat traced pipe joints and induction bends besides commonly fabricated equipment and material.
