Assigned as the Senior Precast engineer to managing the pre-cast factory.

Oversee the planning of production and delivery schedule, Plan weekly and monthly production schedule as per projects’ requirements

Coordination of precast elements, including scheduling of works and delivery, Achieve production target of between 0.7m3 to 1.0m3 of concrete volume per man-day.

Plan and manage the optimal use of production space taking also into consideration Authorities’ requirements, Co-ordinate with Quality Assurance team, Delivery team, Material Procurement, Mould team, sub-contractor etc to ensure smooth production.

Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.

Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed time.

Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.

Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.

Coordinates between sub-contractors / vendors / internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.

Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.

Ensuring that the site works are completed with high quality standards and adhering to safety requirements throughout the project.

Control of production cost, quality and occupational health and safety Solve any major complaints/ issues from customer.

Maintenance and housekeeping of Factory Building including machine & equipment, dormitory, production site, storage site if any, conforming to Building and MOM requirement.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and ISO.

Ensure concrete wastage to max of 2% and minimal remedial work.

Share a trusting relationship with work team and plant staffs,
