Featured Employee;
This month, we turn the featured employee spotlight on
Yesenia Esquivel. She joined the maintenance team ten
years ago and her work has had quite an impression
on so many within the department and throughout the
organization. In her role as a Maintenance Servicer C,
Yesenia is tremendously dedicated to GET’s success in
the District. Much of her time is spent on making sure
the entire GET fleet is road-ready, which is truly critical
to our operations.
“Yesenia’s work ethic stands as a model for GET
employees. She has dedicated many years of selfless
service to the District,” explains James Samuel,
Maintenance Superintendent for GET. “Without her
loyalty and hard work on so Many projects on the
District's behalf, we wouldn't have achieved many of our
goals or reached our present stature.”
In her time away from GET, Yesenia enjoys spending time
with her son and daughter (both teenagers). She lives in
Bakersfield.
