Responsible for installation, termination and restoration of customer's gas service. Maintenance of gas meters including new gas meter installation and removal of old and or default gas meters. Repaired or replaced existing piping in homes, building and other structures. Used various hand tools and pipe fittings to correctly and successfully measure cut, and thread black pipe assembly. Performed numerical and physical leak tests on new and existing pipe installations. Dispatched to the sites of reported natural gas leaks. Adhered to safety practices and protocols implemented and exercised by the company.
