Project Description:

Indiana Eligibility System (IEDSS) is an online application, which allows the state employees to administer the different public welfare programs (SNAP/TANF/Medicaid). Citizens applying for these benefits have to provide data about their household, demographics, education, income, expenses, assets etc. Citizens apply for all applicable programs by providing all required data together. IEDSS Solution offering has multiple subcomponents, such as screening and data Intake (either at worker application or through self-service portal), Eligibility Processing and Case Management (Worker application), Check Benefits, Report Changes, and Renew Benefits.

Responsibilities:

Reviewed and analyzed change requests to determine the scope of work and estimate the level of effort for testing application changes.
