Key Responsibilities:

To Sign for and register incoming document from other departments.

Register all Pos created in planning notebook and system.

Will monitor if Pos are already signed by the BM, make photocopy of the Pos and file the PO photocopy with the supporting document accordingly.

Registering of all document that are going out of the department in a planning notebook and ensuring the person who is to collect the document signs for it.

Issuing of Pos to suppliers/contractors and ensure they are duly signed for it. SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
