PROJECT
IMPACT OF CLINICAL PHARMACIST DELIVERED EDUCATION AMONG TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS IN A TERTIARY CARE HOSPITAL
A prospective interventional randomized control study was conducted in general medicine department in BGS GIMS Hospital, Bangalore. The main aim was to study the impact of clinical pharmacist delivered education among type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients in a tertiary care hospital. A total of 129 patients were included in the study. The study revealed that greater part of the population was benefited from the counseling given during the study.
