Responsibilities as Engineer

• Making electrical wiring for various phases of aircraft like Nose Cone, Base, Fiber Channel, Interphone for customer Dassault & IFES for customer Thales.

• Training new people on wiring process.

• Managing the documents and qualification dossier after the training like entering the details in GDC.

• Tutoring the new people on the production line.

• Implementing training session according to manufacturing needs and following the training modules.

• Validating at the end of the training the good knowledge of the trainee regarding process and procedure, but also quality and production rate targets.

• Participating to the wiring operator selection by passing the dexterity test and evaluating candidate gestures according to the profile requested.
