Duties include obtaining medical histories, performing physical exams, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals and utilizing applicable community services

Part of the health care team responsible for implementing the practice of nursing through the application of the nursing process in collaboration with other health care professionals.

*Develop diagnoses and order appropriate diagnostic testing
