• Advises the Trust and its officers on all pharmaceutical matters relating to the Medicines Act (1968); the Misuse of Drugs Act (1971); the Poisons Act (1972) and other current legislation and guidance to enable effective medicines management in both primary and secondary care,
• Responsible for the recruitment, retention and training of all grades of pharmaceutical staff according to the needs of the service and in adherence to relevant human resource policies,
