WORK EXPERIENCE
Teacher, Idara Secondary School. 2015 - 2018
On a term-to-term basis, my responsibilities included:
Tutoring the JSS students on Physical and Health Education,
Holding regular exercise sessions for the students of the school,
Setting examinations on what I tutored and grading said papers.
Laboratory personnel, Minimally Invasive Surgical Solutions. 2018-2019
On a day-to-day basis, my responsibilities included;
Managing the laparoscopic training lab,
Proctoring trainees(general surgeons and gynaecologists) on the use of various laparoscopic surgical instruments and making sure they acquire all the skills needed in basic laparoscopic surgery,
Organising and giving presentations in clinical institutions,
Organising training sessions,
Monitoring the lab practices of the training participants,
Attending seminars to generate new leads, and learn the new practices in laparoscopic surgery training,
Procurement of lab instruments and materials,
Ensure the smooth running of the traininglab,
Generating leads for the training lab,
Correspondence duties, and
General administrative duties.
VOLUNTARY AND LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
As an undergraduate, I joined ENACTUS with the project title “Life in Disability.
I was head of two different presentation teams for two course modules (Blood and body fluid, and General Physiology), both of which scored the highest points after evaluation by the lecturers.
I just completed my service year in the NYSC where I was posted to a Junior Secondary School to assist in the instruction of the children on the subject of Physical and Health Education.
I am the first of five children which has given me experience in responsibility, mediation and delegation, and core leadership values.
I was the head of my team for music competition during the NYSC orientation camp and we won.
SKILLS
Regularly work with Windows 2007, 2010, and 2016.
Possess a constantly growing knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
