Check Materials received on site in compliance with the approved submission.

Arranging Manpower, Material tools and Machines as per Project requirements.

Monitor daily activities of Site Supervisors and Technicians.

Preparation of as built Red line marked up drawings on site.

Coordinate with Client, Consultant and Sub Contractors for smooth progress of the Project completion.

Handling Testing and Commissioning for all services.

Coordinate with other Services for Completion of the Project in time.

Maintain all submittal and approval processes.

Monitor Subcontractor activities on site concerning technical and contractual compliance.

Discuss with Subcontractor all interrelated construction functions including materials, equipment and construction sequence.

Communicate directly with Subcontractor and Client to coordinate activities on routine matters.
