Leadership: I have had experience in leading people as I was the team leader on a number of projects during my university studies.

Planning : At the university, concise planning was needed when organizing departmental trips,picnics and events at the same time aimed at large numbers.

Organisation: I organised study groups within grade 7 to 9, student with the aim of improving fluency and coherence in French Language as a student teacher and picnics in my current job which helped to improve interpersonal relationship among my colleagues.

Teamwork: As a student teacher I worked cooperatively with my mentor teacher and other teachers in developing and sharing curriculum strategies which helped to boost the student performance compared to the previous years. I have worked on group and class project and achieved about 98% success rate. I was a member of a 5 man Team at Divine Gift Enterprise and we achieved a huge increase in sales by 25%.
