RM application i.e. Relationship management is the central repository of customer data in the Core Banking application, which includes customer demographic information, customer to customer relationship information and customer to account relationship information. FMS application is General ledger system that interfaces with other banking application IMPACS, ALS. FMS generates interfaces for regulatory and management reporting.

In this project I have worked under Negative interest rate project where I have develop Cobol codes to accept negative values from Handoff file from IMPACS team which is further processed by our FMS team to produce file of customer data with negative interest rate which is then this file being processed by CALM team. After successful testing we have deployed this change in UAT and also provided 24*7 batch support.Along With this I used to provide Production, UAT, SIT support for country Taiwan for FMS application.
