In – charge in monitoring of the department emergency cart. 4.) Maintain/replenish oxygen supply. Check working condition & cleanliness of machine assigned. Report breakdown 5 minutes upon notice. Maintain the cleanliness of the area 5.) Act as reliever to other technicians as the need arises. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor without any complaints.

6.) Insert Intra-venous line if needed.

7.) Performing Transesophageal echocardiogram, bubble contrast and cardioversion. JOB DESCRIPTION

1.) 2D Echocardiogram

-Prepares/instructs patient for procedure

-Sets machine

-Performs complete echocardiogram examination for both in and out patients

-Prepares & perform contrast studies on patients when and if necessary

-Report, record and file results

2.) Stress Test and BP monitoring

-Explain the procedure to the patient

-Sets machine

-Take blood pressure

-Record and file the results

3.) Echocardiogram and 24 hour Holter monitoring

-Prepares/instruct patient for procedure

-Performs ECG on patient

-Record and file the results

4.) Dobutamine and Treadmill Stress Echo

-Explain the procedure to patient

-Obtain baseline images prior to the test

-Capture images based on the protocol needed

5.) Trans-esophageal Echocardiogram

- Prepares/instructs patient for procedure

-Sets machine and prepare the probe

-Assist the doctor during procedure

-Obtain images and measure significant abnormalities MACHINES USED
