Supervise the production of Co-ordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements.

Responsible for reporting MEP progress of site works to project manager

Material submittals, obtaining Consultants approval

Project drawing reviewing and submittals.

Site co-ordination with Main Contractor and other Trades.

Site Supervision and to ensure successful workflow.

Plan, review and implement work progress scheduling and allocate manpower required per project daily and weekly.

Organize project handing over and commissioning to main contractor and obtain project acceptance.

Monitor all personnel activities within engineering, Procurement and Construction area including manpower forecasting, staff assignments and performance reviews.

Project Scheduling, monitoring and development of formats for capturing progress of projects, Preparation of MIS reports with critical issues and providing best possible solutions.

Complete supervision & coordination of the construction site related issues.

Collaboration with architecture & engineers & weekly reporting of site progress as well as verifying daily progress reports.

Attend meetings with main contractor and Consultant. Action planning and execution of detailed works with Sub-contractors.

Management formalities with local authorities
