With years of experience in the sports world, specifically softball, I have learned the potential impacts an athletic coach can have on an individual. Over a decade of playing the sport myself has given me the ability to understand the rules and regulations of the sport through and through. Also, as a recent college graduate, I have the ability to find common ground with these developing women who are in their final stages of their educational career. As an assistant coach, I have the potential to mold these ladies into not only a better softball player on the field but also a better person off the field.
