SALES ASSOCIATE, The home depot, mukwonago wi
I served as a resource for customers and other associates. I answer questions over the phone or in
person about different products. I have experience in a multitude of departments so the managers
can schedule me wherever they need me. I have worked in the following departments: lumber, garden,
hardware, paint, OFA (Order fulfillment associate), lot, front end (cashier). If we are in a low period of
customers, I always find something to do whether it’s stocking shelves or helping another department
with their tasks. I have been tasked multiple times by the managers to help rearrange the front apron
for holiday specials or vendor specials.
