Job Responsibilities:

Carryout Inward Inspections & Verification of Material & Equipment to ensue conformance to MTC, P O, Data Sheets, IRN, Job Specifications and Standards. Identify overall shortage and Damages. Aving the experience in piping. Checking if laboratory test reports according to code as per given code of material spec. Checking edge preparation, fit up & visual inspection of pipe joints before welding & making inspection reports.

Preparing the isometric drawing and loop list for hydro-test and witnessing the hydro test, Radiography interpretations, weld repair traceability & marking of repair on welds, Reviewed, rejected radiographic films prior to repair and coordinate with the welders for the exact defects location as well as the extent of repair to be done, Coordinate with client inspection department / third party inspection department for quality issues.

Inspection of piping of small bore to big bore pipes, verify & check material used for fabrication i.e. pipe diameter, schedule, rating of flange fitting to ensure that is confirm to the Iso drawing.

Inspection of piping erection and fabrication as per shop and field weld. Preparation of Inspection report and work completion report for client submittal. Checking of laboratory test report according to codes as per of material specification.
