Under The Supervision of Mr.Pranesh and Mr.Karthikeyan I learnt about the Safety To be Followed in Industries and saw the Production of the NPK Fertilizer. PROJECT:
The project title is “SCALE UP OF THE AUXILIARY SYSTEMS OF THE DEMINERALISATION PLANT” .The project done in bhavini (BHARATIYA NABHIKIYA VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED) nuclear power plant, Kalpakkam. It had an ongoing commissioning on India's first prototype fast breeder reactor, which is a new to this reactor kind. The aim of our research project includes a comprehensive study of the existing plant operations and operating conditions that includes the study of the current demineralization plant set up in Bhavini. The project includes a detailed study of the operating parameters and operating conditions that needs to be modified and the inclusion of additional unit operations in such a way that the existing process is optimized. The project also includes the study of the resin used and how efficient the used resin is. It is necessary to know how frequently the resins are being used as it is the key factor to determine how efficient the current method is. The project also includes the design study of the pervaporation setup which consists of both heat and mass transfer functions. The crucial revamp conditions taken into consideration are temperature and water flow rate to the exchange columns in order to find the optimum setup for better efficiency.

Now am currently working in a pharmaceutical industry named Alchymars icm sm ltd in Quality Assurance team.
