Managerial control for all processes/activities relating to site maintenance scope and first level emergency in event of fault escalation.

Reviewed monthly allocation of diesel to sites and reverting discrepancies to our client where necessary.

Ensured timely distribution of diesel to our sites as allocated.

Provided a daily progress report on actual diesel distribution quantity after delivery.

Updated the diesel management tracker for supplies weekly.

Reviewed the statuses of sites periodically to ascertain the correctness of diesel allocated to sites.

Ensured that a minimum of 4 diesel tanks to be washed per day.

Ensured that technicians follow all safety precautions during this exercise and when handling waste generated from diesel as HSE guidelines strongly advised.

In charge of the disbursement of expenses throughout diesel tank washing project.

Profitability analysis of cost incurred on diesel tanks washed against the revenue generated on that tank.
