Responsibilities: as
Supervise and control the Maintenance Request System while using Ascape, Samfex, Opera and Triton Software along with BMS System to control facilities efficiency.
Ensure to Control and undertake assigned projects including installations and commissioning of facilities, appliance and industrial machines such as Laundry and Kitchens, Chiller, Primary and Secondary pumps Maintenance and fire pump periodic testing etc.
Responsible to Perform general repairs, To Schedule Preventive Maintenance, Daily inspection of all Plants, Public areas, Appliances and Equipment in operation.
