Job responsibilities

Make Project related all the WPS, PQR and Job Procedure.

Inspect the pipe fit up and welder performance at the site.

Daily make the weld visual report and clear the weld visual for the Radiography testing.

Offer to Radiography testing for the welded joint and RT film interpretation and clear that films by client.

Qualify the welder for the production joint approval from the client for welder qualification test.

All the incoming materials for the job using material inspection and make the IMIR reports and take clearance from the client.

Corrosion protection of the pipe cut back length coating Heat shrinkable sleeves HTLP 80 make the PQR and qualified the Insulator and Blaster.

Inspection of the coating, make the report do the testing of the DFT gauge and Peel test.
