Lead Quality Control Technician

●Read blueprints and customer specifications

●Operate CMM to determine OD/ID, radius, and depth.

●Communicate with Engineers, production planners, and quality management daily about quality, delivery, and cost.

●Comply with all quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure quality product output by communicating with quality team.

●Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.

●Inspect, tests, and measures materials or products being produced.

●Measure products utilizing quality inspection instruments such as dial calipers, scales, and OD/ID micrometers, Blade mics, tri mics, pie tape, pin gauges, gel blocks, radius gauges, filler gauges, radial mics, depth mics, Laser machine, spring tester, protractors, profilometers, ID gauges, hardness tester, thread gauges, thread plug gauges, and ball bering calipers.
