Responsibilities in brief:

Participate in the Big room planning for the program increments and collaborate with Product owners and understand the business priorities.

Participate in Agile ceremonies as per SAFe Agile Framework.

Develop the programs, prepare the unit test plans, test cases, test and review the code and test results.

Design and Develop the code using COBOL, DB2, JCL, REXX, IMS/DC and CICS.

Worked on the warehouse movement project that dealt with moving the client’s entire warehouse from one place to another.

The primary goal of the New DBS system is to upgrade the systems environment in use thereby supporting the Dealer business needs. Dealers need to be able to use the same state of the art commercial Dealer Systems products available to all their competitors. Our current proprietary systems prevent them from doing so. These shortcomings affect Vehicles Sales, Parts Sales and Service Support and impact our clients programs aimed at improving these business areas. The New DBS Program was initiated to meet Dealer’s needs by retiring proprietary out of date systems in favor of a more open system that works with commercial dealer systems and provides capabilities similar to those of competitors.
