This paper is about Incorrect coordination of traffic lights has an impact on the development of discontinuous traffic congestion on the streets. The main reason for this are growing traffic jams, travel time, vehicle delay but the traffic in transport system becomes slow and sluggish. The work deals with traffic light organization issues, improving the capacity of urban infrastructure, eliminating various traffic disturbances that directly affect the flow of transport system. Modeling is performed by software VISSIM.
