Replace Fire Alarm System – roof replacement on buildings 255& 256 Laughlin AFB Texas

Training QCM on submittals keeping up with submittal log; supervision of fire alarm installation and roof replacement to insure all specifications are met; held weekly subcontractor meetings; weekly safety meetings; held weekly owner meetings. Also led preparatory meeting with all subcontractors before starting work to review specs and cover safety and AHA.

As Quality Assurance, I reviewed all submittals, oversaw all prep meetings, did all initial inspections and follow up inspections. Performed all testing of all underground plumbing, backfilling, rebar insulation, concrete pours temp and slump, fire suppression, mass notification, security systems, as-builts to ensure everything was recorded. Reviewed all site safety plans and made sure these plans where followed.
