PERFORMANCE AREA: GLOBAL VEHICLE MONITORING SYSTEM
• Analyzing the vehicle monitoring system and drivecam system on 24-hour basis
• Phone and alert drivers on over speeding in real time based on tracking information (check and analyze flags continuously)
• Submit daily reports regarding over speeding, route stops and all relevant exceptions reports
• Manage continued poor performance according to work place procedure and company policies
• Attend and contribute to company meetings as required
• Contact driver when transgressions are identified (speeding, over revving, harsh braking / harsh acceleration and bad driving)
• Reports faults errors or discrepancies on tracking with Net Star and Mix Telematics HOTSEAT
• Dealing with emergencies as per company policy and procedure
• Dealing with breakdown
• All accidents and incidents or damages to vehicle logged and registered on the system and inform management
FLEET OPERATION AND SYSTEM
• Problems or risks are identified and analyzed, and action instituted to rectify the situation
(drivecam/ tracking)
• Maintain communications with internal and external customers- Ops room/ call center/ managers etc.
• Complete the national operations coach and breakdown report at end of each shift EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• Grade 12
• Valid PRDP and CODE EC
• 5 Years Operational experience including tracking and Monitoring
• Computer literate Microsoft
• Drivecam and Tracking experience ( Net Star and Mix Telematics)
• 7 years Driving coaches experience
