1. Renault Nissan Technology & Business centre India Pvt Ltd (Jul 2019 to Jul 2020) Project : Post Process of Nissan DMU

Role : Design engineer

Responsibilities:

• Thickness creation for BIW parts and fixing the surface modeling issues.

• Create and update Nissan DMU for Renault as per Renault standards in the Milestone process.

• Clash Analysis with surroundings parts in Digital Mockup of vehicle.

• To do the normalization on the drawing and to check whether the drawing is done as per Renault standard or not and map the severity accordingly.

• To do the data transfer between the Renault partners based on the agreement.

• Dashboard, Jira and SIPOC Creation.

Responsibilities:

• Mobile application project supporting Bosch DC Elchingen Plant in Germany that deals with the designing of hydraulic pumps and motors, especially the axial piston closed loop pumps (A4, A10 Pumps & A6, A2 Motors) for propelling the heavy machineries.

• I am holding the position of a CAD Design engineer who mainly deals with assembly drawings, new part creations, 3D mockup models with an expertise in Creo 4.0 & 2.0, SAP and also holding the Reviewer as well as an Approver access of PLM for DC who can promote both the models and drawings to the Global status.

3. Rane TRW Steering Systems ltd (May 2017 to Oct 2017) Project : Development of CENTER TAKE OFF GEAR

Client : Mahindra & Mahindra

Role : Design engineer

Description : 1. Development of CTO gear for the replacement of fully integral power steering gear in commercial vehicle to reduce cost, good suspension and off-road condition. 2. FIG steering replaced by PR&P gear arrangements in running vehicle and same showcased in Tech Expo 2017.

Software : Creo and Draftsight

Responsibilities:

Design of Rack and pinion Power steering.

• Creating exploded, assembly drawings and hard points from 3D models with the help of customer data input and converting it into parts catalogue with preferred standard.

• Designed chassis mounting and steering linkage assembly.

• Modeling and drafting for casting, Machining, Forging and Rubber parts.

• BOM Preparation, GD&T update and Reverse Engineering.

• Design calculation by using Standard Operating Procedures and model the plans by using CAD.

• Participated in field trips to assist in the installation, operation and trouble shooting of equipment.
