Responsibilities:

Purchase (Apr’ 2016 – May’ 2020):

Creating Purchase Requisitions.

Run the Material requirement Planning (MRP).

Raising Purchase order, production order in SAP Business one.

Involves supplier selection process.

Ensure the just in time material supply to production.

Weekly planning for all supplies and Regular follow ups.

Material short and excess analysis & consolidating all open purchase orders.

Making GRPO (Goods receipt purchase order) entries in SAP.

Creating the production order in SAP.

Coordinates and resolves problems with end user departments and suppliers.
