TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am currently unemployed after my temporary contract ended in June 2020 at the City of Cape Town as a Community Liaison Officer. I am looking for a permanent job opportunity whereby I can grow within the company and be an asset to the team that I’d be working with. I have a lot of potential and always strive to do my job to the best of my ability.
After I matriculated, I got a job at Gasp colour imaging where I worked for more than 2 years as a shop assistant. My duties included, assisting customers, working at the till, banking of money, daily sales reports, booking of invoices, and doing the transfer in and out of stock, training new employees and helping out at other branches. After that I went to study at Northlink for 1 year and 6 months, I graduated with a N6 certificated in Human Resource Management. I then had a holiday job at Westcare Pharmacy and then got a job at iSmart as a verifications agent where I did confirmation of employment, Quality assurance of sales calls, responding to email escalations, help out at reception, schedule parcel deliveries, phoning clients to check if they received their parcels and activating their sim cards.
I am very equipped in working with computers and doing admin tasks. I am very competent in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am a very hard working and dedicated person therefore can always be trusted. I take my work very seriously and enjoy working with different people. I gained a lot of experience by my previous employers and also learned how to deal with certain situations and solve problems. I am always willing to assistant others and share my knowledge. Focusing on the task at hand and communicating with others is one of my strongest points.
I have experience in admin, dealing with difficult clients, solving problems and making sure that the day goes by very productively.
It would be a huge honour if your company would give me the opportunity to be part of your team.
With this letter is an attached CV with all my information and documentation. If you need more information, please give me a call or email me. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
Anastacia Pietersen
