Secretarial:

Preparing Notice, Agenda and Minutes for Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and other Committee Meetings of the Company.

Convening Board, AGM, EGM and other various committee Meetings.

Preparation of Affidavit, Power of attorney and completion of banking/Documentations for LC and bank guarantee.

Maintain monthly MIS related to all the contracts reviewed and executed, follow up internally and externally for renewal of various contracts.

Negotiate legal contract terms along with Sales and Account teams and assisting internal department on various compliance and regulatory related matter.

Co-ordinate with Advocates / counsels and solicitors firm for their advice in respect of the matters of the Company and to engage appropriate Advocates/ Counsels for legal matters of the Company

Statutory Auditors, Internal auditors, and Cost auditors

Attorney and external Counsel.

Accounts & Finance:

Finalisation of Accounts: Responsible for preparing Balance sheet and Profit & loss account as per Schedule VI of Companies Act.

Month closure activities: Submission of various MIS reports to management including (Debtors Analysis, Creditors Analysis, Variance Analysis of expenses etc.).

Budget control, Monthly Fund Flow & Cash Flow: Analysis and requirement of Working Capital.

Monthly Review of Receivables & Payables: Comparing the actual with the budget and analyzing the reason for variance.

Audit Completion: Preparing necessary schedules and Assisting auditors (Statutory auditors, Internal auditors and Tax auditors) for audit completion and finalization of annual accounts.

Taxation
