Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Provided office and administrative support to sales staff to Fandom’s New York and Chicago offices.
Plan and execute two full office moves in less than 6 months, thus saving the company thousands of dollars that would have been paid to a project manager.
Actively search for and procure temporary office space, saving the company all realtor costs.
Provide administrative support to the company COO, CRO, and top sales mangers, including making travel arrangements, scheduling some but not all meetings.
Maintain various office budgets for NY and Chicago (snacks, weekly office lunches, supplies, events, repairs/maintenance, etc.) and complete a total of 4 expense reports per week.
Work with design team to design and brand the new NY office, and rebrand the Chicago office.

Traffic Assistant
Work with the traffic team, the sales team and the production team to make sure inventory is scheduled and delivered accurately, maintain database records and work with data in various systems.
Input traffic instructions for three major NY radio stations – primarily WLIB, but also WBLS and Hot 97.
Manage ad copy for all three stations and enter into computer systems.
Ensure all copy is current and accurate, schedule ad air dates and timing window based on advertiser instructions.
Maintain detailed records of advertiser contracts, instructions, scripts, and media number for each commercial/program.
My attention to detail, and consistency allowed me to catch numerous copy mistakes, thus saving the company thousands of advertising dollars.
